So I used the recipe very loosely for this. Used oat milk and a little less half and half and butter than recommended, also used smoked gouda, bruschetta jack, and carolina reaper cheddar, with a garnish of black pepper bellavitano from a recent trip to the cheese state 🧀 loved the bold flavor, it could probably be emulated largely by adding some peppers and oregano to the mix as having this cheese on hand was for a special occasion. Would definitely do again, but hopefully I won't set off the smoke alarm next time.......
