← Replies in Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

I am a picky eater and really expected to dislike this (mostly because I was worried about the texture with the chia seeds). Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Not only was this tremendously easy to make, but it is delicious too! It tastes similar to chocolate ice cream and thickens up really nice after refrigeration. Definitely hits the spot for my sweet tooth while adding variation to breakfast. Will make again and worth the "risk" of trying something new and different.
