I made enough for 3 ppl according to the recipe. I used coconut sugar instead of brown sugar, as that was all I had available. I added a tbsp of maple syrup and 2 tsp of siracha as we like a little heat to balance out the sweetness. We like a lot of sauce with our rice so i added a little chicken stock. Definitely made all the difference. Really handy recipe to make. Everyone loved it. Literally nothing left in the pot.
