I really enjoyed this one. It did take longer than I'd have liked and used 3 dishes, but I'd definitely make it again. I think the only changes I'd make would be 1) check it after 10 minutes. 20 minutes was far too long and the fish was overcooked (but I should really know better). 2) The only other change I'd make is to leave out the flour and just use the spice blend for seasoning (that is a personal choice - I am not a big fan of breading)
