Love this recipe, although I didn’t follow it exactly! Listening to some of the other commenters I added a few things. I used half the amount of soy sauce, and added in 1/4 cup of coconut aminos, I added a 1/4 of chicken broth, and a spoonful of peanut butter. I also added chicken, jalapeño, and onion that I had to use up and it works perfectly!
