This one I tried because I had random ingredients needed to make it. Honestly I didn't expect this to be good-and was proved wrong. While I can't say it turned out to be quite a Bolognese, it did hit several of those notes, and was pretty good to boot. The kid approved, and it was a good way to use up a random can of roast beef and gravy I'd picked up from who-knows-where. Overall, I felt like I was cooking a Chopped challenge, but it worked. 😅
