Found this on allrecipes.com after losing my recipe card for sugar cookie cutouts. The dough was sticky so make sure you generously sprinkle your work surface and rolling pin/wax paper with flour. Rolled a little than 1/4" (we like thicker cookies), cut out, cooked for 8min @ 350° (propane oven), and they came out perfect! Soft but not crumbly, slightly puffy and not flat, and they maintained their shape. Delicious!!
