I doubled the recipe for my fam. Problem i had was the taco seasoning amount since we had a can of the seasoning(this house is nuts about tacos, we dont do the envelopes) so what i did was fallow the i structions on that which is 1/4 cup to 1lb of beef. Came out very thick with all the cheese. Wished i added a little milk or something to not make it as thick. I will say if yall are taco lovers… try this
