This was REALLY, REALLY easy n delicious! I made double the recipe n there was plenty for a few days of leftovers and the texture was perfect! Lightly crispy sear with juicy delicious underneath and so tender I only used a fork! I mixed with pigeon peas n wild rice n was exactly right! Only suggestion I would make is that if you're not going to mix with rice or veggies, only use half the salt. Sauce is VERY salty without something to counteract it, but otherwise I'll be using this recipe as a new staple in my home! Thanks!
