Wow so good and cozy! Time intensive, but worth it! So much leftover. Needed a little more flavor, but ended at a 5/5!
Changed proportions to:
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp Kashmiri powder
7 cups vegetable broth
Cooked in instant pot, sealed and on soup setting, minimum 30 minutes.
