I think we had the same problem the first time we tried it, I'll do that next time too!

I have noticed most oatmeal bakes have a lot more milk than this recipe did. Usually 2-3 cups, this only had one. But I always try to follow the recipe the first time before I start tweaking it, haha. I don't know if this makes a difference, but I used almond milk.
