We didn’t like this recipe too much. I’m going to try it again with a lot less sesame oil. It completely overpowered the entire dish. I still smell it today 🫠. I would recommend using HALF or 1/4 of the amount suggested and replacing the other part with vegetable oil.
Update: cooked it again and it was SO much better!! Completely did away with the sesame oil and replaced it with vegetable oil. Doubled the garlic and soy sauce & added a little dales sauce to the steak marinade. Chefs kiss. 🤤 My two year old (very picky eater) ASKED FOR SECONDS!!
