This time around I cooked it at 350 for 20 minutes, and then broiled it at 440 for 2 minutes. I used less sugar and salt than recommended, and a quarter cup extra nuts and oats each. I used quick oats.
It is crispy and crumbly. No real chunks. But the flavor is great.
Next time I recommend I use more syrup in the hope that it'll stick better. I'll also cook out at 375, checking it at 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. If it's not crunchy/ toasty, I'll broil at 450 for one minute.
I'll also try large/old fashioned oats to see if the bigger size will help them stick together.
It perfectly fills a plastic nut container from Costco.
