I used this as more of an inspiration for my own thing. I made french onion soup from scratch and i mixed it with cream of mushroom soup and chicken stock. I put the rice in the bottom of the pan with some chicken stock i poured that mixture over the chicken and then i baked it, and served it with a salad. If i made it again the only thing i would do differently is i would add greenbeans and chopped mushrooms into the casserole.
