Husband-approved. Multiplied recipe x 5 for large group. Used almost 11# ground beef and 4# elbow macaroni. Minced onions 6T, will increase to 10T next time. 2 extra tomato paste. Used combination of mild and sharp cheddar. Didn’t find diced tomatoes w green chilies so used diced tomatoes w basil/garlic/oregano and still tasted good. Stonemill brand chili spice mix gave enough heat for us. Will make this a regular in monthly rotation. Serve w green salad and garlic bread.
