So while I’ll probably eat these burgers because of the effort and ingredients I put into them, I’m not going to enjoy it. For the time and money, I’ll just buy Beyond or Impossible burgers.

Oh no! I'm sorry you didn't enjoy them. They are from The How Not to Die books. So they are very based off health. I love the impossible burgers but the soy, salt and genetically modified ingredients kind of stink!
