Used 4 chicken tenders instead of breast. Cut those in half and added ranch dressing to it this time. I also used a bag of microwave steamer broccoli from Members mark. So that gives us a bit of extra filling. Placed it over a bed of rice and added some cumin, mustard powder and chili flakes. Also used Mexican shredded cheese rather than cheddar. I don't have an oven safe pan, so I just put it in the oven from start to finish.
