Cake got perfectly golden just after 30 min, so followed Bello's advice and covered it with foil until it reached 45 min oven time. Added more sugar for extra sweetness, the rest was done just as described on recipe. Very tasty, moist and spongy. Thank you for another great recipe, Bello! 😘
