I've made this twice. I liked it the first time that had most of the ingredients but I was missing some elements like fried shallots and wontons.
first both shallots and wontons can be made in air fryer. (wonton 4-5 mins @ 350 / shallots at 250 in 10 min intervals for 30 mins)
I would add less crunch and swap fish sauce for soy sauce. the combination of mint and other ingredients are refreshing
