This recipe wasn't for me. It took a really long time to prepare and make. And you couldn't taste the sweet potato at all in the end. I don't know if I mad a mistake, or it is just how it's supposed to taste. Really disappointed, as it was a lot a work.
Maybe if you consider making this, try the pesto at first to see if you like it. And then try the whole recipe.
