This was easy to make but was a bit bland and lacking in flavour. I followed the recipe but needed to add more water to the recipe to stop it sticking as the green bananas took a lot longer than the recipe suggested (at least twice as long, if not three times). I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t more flavoursome. You could easily reduce the amount of butter used in the recipe by half to improve the health score or substitute some of the butter for vegetable oil.
