Delicious and flavourful. Our friends described it as “super poutine”! I subbed a small amount of turkey bacon for the bacon, and sprinkled it on top. I used red hot for the hot sauce. Also, I doubled the recipe in a huge casserole dish. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
