Halved everything in the recipe in a 6 qt Instant Pot except the corn starch slurry. Sautéed a sliced leek (white part only) with the garlic. Kept the time the same, probably should have cut 5 minutes off the cooking time (potatoes were a little overdone). Really good stew flavor and consistency.
