I always switch out regular chili powder for ground ancho chili pepper. Adds a great spice flavor; same amount!
I also omit the garlic/onion for LOW FODMAP diet and add:
+1 tablespoon chili (if you think it's too spicy omit red pepper instead of this chili powder!)
+1/2 teaspoon cumin
+1 teaspoon paprika
bump up oregano to 1 full teaspoon
