I really enjoyed this. I do wish the author would have put a weight for amount of the meatballs needed (maybe they did in the rambly part of the recipe, but who has time to read that?). I think I used too many. I had to layer the sauce, meatballs, and ricotta. The hubby said it needed more ricotta and the meatballs were too mushy.
