I prepped the Mayo and slaw a couple of hours earlier so I left the avocado out of the slaw because I didn’t want it turning brown. I served it on the side later like we usually have it with tacos. For the spicy Mayo, I used McCormick Mayo and Valentina hot sauce. I loved it. I’ll probably add a bit more hot sauce next time and hubby suggested making the slaw spicy with one habanero.
