So good! I used regular mayo, and Simon's Secret Sauce for the mustard, and white panko breadcrumbs. Perfectly crispy at 12 minutes, turning once. I didn't take their temperature, because the salmon is already cooked. Also, I forgot to spray them, and they were still wonderfully crispy
