This was super delicious and so easy!
Few changes I did:
Salt and pepper to taste
Less onions about 1/4 of cup (hubby doesn't like onions that much)
Added Taco Bell Mild sauce (you can use any, but we had TBell sauce laying around)
Added Sour cream and definitely added fresh cilantro.
We took the shredded chicken, put it in the bowl first. I also added 1.5 prices of chicken breast and cut them into chunks and cooked it on high 4 hours it was done and not dry at all.
Ate with tortilla chips (scoops) next time I plan on making Mexican cornbread to go with it.
