-couldn't find butter leaf lettuce so substituted iceberg
-used this recipe as a reference but freestyled throughout preparing it
-subbed hoisin for brown sugar in sauce for beef
-added jalapenos, onions, bell pepper, ginger, and garlic to meat while it browned
-overall, this was delicious, quick and easy, would definitely make again
