DO NOT MAKE THESE!!! The apple caramel as a stand alone is great but the cookies were a nightmare. All the caramel oozed out and burnt on the cookie sheet, before the cookies themselves even had a chance to cook. I was left with a simultaneously burnt and raw mess, it was horrible. Never again,,, never again,,,
