This recipe was my first experience making Korean food and I really love it. The sauce is delicious.
Having made this several times, I've learned it's probably better as a weekend recipe if you work the typical 9-5. The steps are easy, but it does take a while to make each of the ingredients that goes into the dish. (Also, note that there are links to the spinach and bean sprout salad recipes, but that they are not explicitly laid out here .)
On the upside, you can made make a lot of the components ahead of time if you want and it makes good leftovers (just cook a new egg and probably additional sauce).
