I make these all the time, they are such an easy snack. I love them for a breakfast snack when I'm in a rush or my midnight sweet. 🤭
I really like that these are so easy to change up but same basic ingredients and no cooking. I prefer to use more organic ingredients with little additives. Like natural peanut butter and pure maple syrup. This recipe isn't perfectly healthy but it's much better than your snack being a fudge round or candy bar.
Also a tip for if you are like me; if you forget about them while they are resting in the fridge before forming them into balls, store the mix in an airtight container so it doesn't dry out like mine. 😂
