So I'll preface this by saying my peppers weren't big enough to stuff so I cut them up and stir fried them in with the meet. I also used a different type of cheese.
The recipe was super easy and the food was delicious. If you make this, be sure to get a high quality cut of beef. The cut I bought was a little tough in places. As always, more spice could have been added
