Few things here:
Taste was 10/10, but if it's your first time making it/you don't cook so much, put aside WAYYYYY more time than the 20 min cook time, because it will take a WHILE.
Still, I bet it gets easier with more tries AND it was delicious.
I substituted broccoli with bell pepper but since it's just accessories it doesn't change the flavor much (I think?).
