Wow, I would have never thought to add cumin to hummus, but it works so, so well. I've been making this regularly for the last few weeks. Every now and then I'll also add a pinch of thyme (I have a nice jar of Jordanian thyme that I love to add to my savory dishes). I highly recommend this hummus - it's probably the best recipe I've used.
