This dish is a little bit like a (savoury) apple crumble - it does NOT present well, in fact it looks like a dogs breakfast. But undeniably, it is greater than the sum of its (simple) parts: the apple cider and gentle caraway flavour is a great foil for the savoury cheddar cous cous.
