It needed tweaking but good base for the recipe. Changes I made:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce instead of 4
- Added a sprinkling of bouillon powder and salt to compensate for the lack of saltiness
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar instead of what the recipe called for
- a dash of mirin (optional)
- dash of Sriracha instead of red pepper flakes
We served it with Jasmine Rice and a side of sauteed garlic broccoli. The kids devoured it!
