I baked them at 350 degrees for 21 min. I accidentally used bread flour and also accidentally left the dough balls out overnight so my dough was thicker than it should have been but they taste delicious. Next time use all purpose flour and roll the dough out thinner. Also use an egg wash to seal the edges.

Additional note. They work best in the air fryer sprayed with a little coconut oil. About 375 degrees air fry for about 9 min but watch so they don’t burn. Brush with a little butter at the end and then shake powdered sugar

Made this again. Subbed 2 tbsp 1% milk for the egg and air fried at 375 degrees for 8 min. Air fryer is the ninja foodie
