This was a great recipe. I subbed the chicken for 2 tins of Jack fruit, and I didn't have black beans, so I used some red kidney beans in a spicy tomato sauce, and skipped out the chilli powder as I wanted my children to eat it too. I also didn't add the wraps in the slow cooker, added the mix to wraps, covered in cheese and baked in the oven for 15 mins to crisp up. Totally delicious. We will definitely be having this again. 👍
