Way too much mustard! The whole dish just tasted like Dijon mustard. If this was reduced from three tablespoons (maybe just a tablespoon? A teaspoon? I don’t know) it would probably be awesome. The consistency otherwise was perfect.

Yes but I want to do a little research first about how to adjust the seasoning of the sauce…maybe by looking at similar recipes until I’m confident.

Gotcha! I hope it turns out better next time. Most recipes do take minor adjustments. Everyone's taste is different, and that's how recipes grow over time.
