This was very good and I'm interested in making it again but I still felt it was missing something.
I did not put the cheese on it, but my husband melted some on his plate and said the cheese really didn't do much for the dish. I almost feel like the dish could've used some kinda sauce or gravy or something just to make it kinda moist? I thought about maybe incorporating like chicken or beef broth, or maybe like a cream of chicken or celery soup and a little water? Generally I'm a pretty good cook but sometimes I just don't know what it might take to make something a little better. I'm not really big on cheese (I know, I know) which is why I left it off my plate.
