Made it with 1/4c curry paste and ~2cups (1 can) of coconut milk... way too spicy! Reduce curry paste or add more coconut milk next time. Added a bell pepper - delicious! Ate with rice instead of noodles

used 2tbsp curry paste + 2 cans coconut milk and it was STILL a little too spicy
