I doubled(ish)the spices and put in a decent amount of onion powder too. I don't think the green onion really added much to the dish. It felt like it was missing something but I'm not sure what. Maybe mustard or pickles. Either way, super quick, hands off meal with zero prep (besides cutting cheese if you don't get shredded). Theres not too many one pot zero prep recipes that don't have a bunch of preservatives in it, so this goes into the favorites pile for its simplicity. All you moms with newborns or clingy kids will like this.
