I really liked the combination of flavors and textures in this. Didn't have white balsamic but used regular and it was fine.
Update... Also tried this with goat cheese and that was very good.
Yet another update.... This time I added beats I had roasted and also some chopped hard boiled eggs. So good and very pretty!
