I'm late writing this review since I'm so on the fence about this one... I did like the flavor and crispness of this salad. However, I just can't picture a time when I would want to make it again. It's not filling enough on its own but I also couldn't think of an ideal pairing for it. The cauliflower didn't soak up all of the dressing (I wish it had!) even after 24 hours+ of marinating so there was a decent amount of liquid leftover in the bottom of the bowl.
