As other people mentioned definitely double the sauce recipe if you're going to serve the shrimp on top of another dish. I made creamy mashed potatoes and the sauce from the shrimp tasted sooooo good with it. Very easy sauce to make too, I used chardonnay but honestly it would've been fine without it, you can kind of taste it in the sauce but because I went heavy on the cream and parmesan I mostly tasted that which was great to me. I only used a 16oz bag of shrimp I had in the freezer for this but it was so good I wish I had more. Will definitely be making this again and might use some bigger shrimp 🍤
