Really the best recipe for falafel ever! And I’ve tried loads… I made half in the airfryer (as the recipe tells you) and fried the other half. Just to be sure 😜 And, believe it or not, the ones from the airfryer came out better! Even my husband, who claims not to like falafel, loved them 😃
