Ingredients

2 cupsdried chickpeas
soaked, uncooked
0.5onion

1 cupparsley
1juice from lemon
3 tablespoontahini
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1 tablespoonchickpea flour
1 tablespoonalmond flour
1 tablespoonpotato starch
1 tablespoontapioca starch
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonbaking powder
2 tablespoonvinegar
1 teaspoonpink himalayan salt
2 teaspoonwhole cumin seeds
2 teaspoonwhole coriander seeds
1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
1 teaspooncoconut oil
4cloves of garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Use only dried chickpeas soaked for 12 hours. Canned or cooked chickpeas will not work. Freshly grind cumin, coriander, pepper flakes and salt in spice mill or grinder. Add all ingredients except baking powder and baking soda to food processor and puree until the consistency of sand. Then add baking powder and baking soda and pulse until combined. Spoon onto well oiled baking sheet and spray tops with avocado oil. Use air fryer and cook at 400 for 25 minutes flipping half way through. Spray with oil again after flipping.
