← Replies in Easy Niçoise Salad Recipe

I just love Mediterranean flavors & this one is easy enough & delicious. I enjoyed the combination of herbs to the salad & dressing. I used Parsley, Cilantro & mint that i had on hand. Makes a good portion for 2 servings. I used lemon roasted potatoes with Kalamata olives on this recipe, which was a great compliment. I also have used garlic potatoes & green beans that worked perfectly.
