I read over the comments before making and most people said it was too wet and the gnocchi was doughy. I sautéed the gnocchi with the garlic, onions, and Italian seasoning until the gnocchi was golden brown. I then added the chorizo and let that cook and used a 28oz can of diced tomatoes. I also tasted it and thought it was tart, so I added 2 tbsps of sugar. I then let everything simmer for 10 minutes on low until it was thicker. I added half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and mixed it in and then added another half a cup on top. I covered it with tin foil and baked it in the oven for 10 minutes and it turned out amazing!
